Workshoppen var for Junior Culinary-ambassadører og udvalgte medlemmer af Culinary Federation of Jamaica, før de konkurrerer i den årlige Taste of the Caribbean-konkurrence, som finder sted 21.-25. juni 2019 på Hyatt Regency Miami. Arrangementet fandt sted torsdag den 9. maj 2019 i Summerhouse of the Liguanea Club i Kingston.
