Claire Holder OBE, administrerende direktør for Storbritanniens mest populære og mest kendte karnevalsgruppe, Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow, har skrevet til Alain St.Ange, Seychellernes minister med ansvar for turisme og kultur, og til Marymonde Matatiken, lederen af " Celebrate Seychelles Events Department” fra Seychelles Tourism Board for at sige tak og for at lykønske Seychellerne og La Reunion for den vellykkede udgave af deres 2012-udgave af den årlige Carnaval International de Victoria, som fandt sted i begyndelsen af marts på Seychellerne.
